Is the invite going to be sent by mail?

The invite for the SearchMasters Conference will be made available on the site once you have completed the registration. In addition, a mail will be sent to the email address provided by you. It is mandatory to get a print-out of the invite along with id proof on the day of the event.

Can another person use my invite?

No. The invite is non-transferable. Only the person who receives the invite can use it to attend the conference. In case you are not able to attend the event and want to nominate someone, then please mention his/her name in the registration form as the name of the attendee.

What if I want to bring someone along to the event?

If you would like us to extend the invite to another person then please send an email to indiasearchmasters@google.com requesting the same along with the person's name, e-mail address and the name of the company for which he/she works. Please note that the invites are limited in number and we might not be able to accommodate everyone.

Does it cost anything to attend the SearchMasters Conference?

No. There is no fee to register or attend, although registration is limited.

Is there access for people with disabilities?

The Google office has elevators and ramps to facilitate the movement of people with special needs.

Can I register on the day of the event?

No. Registration on the day of the event will not be open.

Will there be food service?

Yes. Beverages and lunch will be provided to all attendees.

Can I bring my vehicle?

Please fill up the additional information section on the registration form in case you are bringing your own transport. Accordingly, we will allot a parking space for you inside the Google office premises for that day.
